What does delivery cost?
Delivery within the UK is £2.95 for the 1st item and £1 for each additional item and is sent using Royal Mail "Signed For" First Class.
Additional
shipping options may be available at an extra cost.
This cost is clearly
displayed in your shopping basket.
When will my order be dispatched?
All orders are usually dispatched within 24 hours pending fraud and security checks.
If we are unable to do this for any reason, we will endeavour to contact
you and give you the option of cancelling your order.
Who will deliver my order?
We use Royal Mail to deliver all orders.
When will my order arrive?
Most orders addressed in the United Kingdom arrive within 2-5
working days after dispatch.
Orders dispatched during peak periods, such as before Christmas, may
take several days longer than usual.
Please contact us if your order has
not arrived within 8 working days. Please note that we cannot chase an order that is with Royal Mail and that we can only process a claim with them if 15 working days have passed.
Will I have to pay anything when it is delivered?
No, we ship from the United Kingdom and VAT is included in all
our prices.
Some of our competitors ship from outside the European Union.
Their prices often appear cheaper because they do not charge VAT. Their
customers are often required to pay additional import duty when the goods are
delivered.

All of our orders are dispatched in sturdy boxes to protect
the contents from damage in the post.
We don't try to save money by
making do with padded bags. |
